Steam Authentication & Account Responsibility

CS2FreeForAll uses Steam authentication to identify users. CS2FFA does not receive or store your Steam password or Steam login credentials.

Your CS2FFA account may be associated with your SteamID, Steam display name, Steam avatar, trade URL, playtime records, validation records, subscriptions, rewards and other service-related information.

• You are responsible for maintaining control of your Steam account and for the accuracy of information you provide to CS2FFA.
• You must not impersonate another user, use another person's Steam account without authorization, or intentionally provide a trade URL that does not belong to the intended Steam account.
• One person must not use multiple accounts to manipulate eligibility, rewards, restrictions, rankings, promotions or other platform systems.

CS2FFA Platform Services

CS2FFA may provide game servers, playtime tracking, manual or automatic validation, reserved server slots, Supporter/VIP features, account status features, donations, community tools, rankings and reward systems.

Specific service descriptions, durations, server applicability and prices shown at the time of purchase form part of these Terms.

Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds

Prices, duration and scope are displayed before purchase. Some services may apply globally across CS2FFA, while others may apply only to a specific server or period.

• Paid access begins when the relevant service is successfully activated or otherwise made available to your account.
• Payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable service has been activated, supplied or materially used, except where a refund, price reduction, termination right or other remedy is required by applicable law.
• If a paid digital service is not supplied, cannot be supplied, or is materially not provided as described, applicable consumer-law remedies remain unaffected.
• Where applicable, if you expressly request that a digital service begins immediately and acknowledge that this may affect or end a statutory withdrawal right once performance has begun or the service has been fully supplied, the consequences will be shown before purchase.
• Fees charged by independent payment, blockchain, marketplace or trading providers may be subject to those providers' own rules.

Fraudulent chargebacks, payment manipulation or intentional abuse of payment systems may result in service suspension or account restrictions. This does not limit a user's right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect transaction in good faith.

Community Donations

Donations support the CS2FFA project. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a donation is not a purchase of a reward, does not improve drop odds and does not provide preferential treatment in winner selection.

CS2FFA may recognize donors with cosmetic community features such as a badge, chat styling, public recognition or donation tier. These recognition features may change over time and do not replace separately purchased services such as Reserved Slot, Auto-Validation or Supporter/VIP benefits.

Drops, Eligibility & Rewards

Eligibility means that an account may participate in the relevant selection process. It does not guarantee a win, item, ranking position, minimum value or any other specific outcome.

• Reward rules may include playtime thresholds, validation requirements, account restrictions, cooldowns, win limits or other eligibility criteria shown by CS2FFA.
• Reward value, availability and market price may change. Any displayed item value may be approximate and may differ from the final market value.
• A reward must be claimed within the claim period displayed by CS2FFA. Unless another period is clearly stated, the standard claim window is 7 days from the relevant reward date.
• Initiating a valid claim within the claim window is distinct from the time later required for Steam or a delivery provider to complete the trade.
• CS2FFA may invalidate a reward obtained through manipulation, duplicate-account abuse, falsified eligibility, exploits or other violations of these Terms.

Steam Item & Reward Delivery

Where a reward is delivered through Steam or an external item provider, successful delivery may depend on systems that CS2FFA does not control.

• You are responsible for providing a valid Steam trade URL associated with the intended account and for keeping your account able to receive trades.
• Steam trade restrictions, private inventory settings, trade holds, invalid trade URLs, provider outages or failure to accept a trade may delay or prevent delivery.
• If a particular item becomes unavailable before fulfillment, CS2FFA may, where reasonably necessary, provide an equivalent replacement, restore the reward for later handling, or cancel fulfillment and apply an appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.
• Users must not intentionally reject, manipulate or repeatedly cause reward trades to fail in order to obtain duplicate rewards or additional value.

Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You must use CS2FFA fairly and must not interfere with the platform, servers, users or reward systems.

Security research or responsible vulnerability reporting performed in good faith and without exploitation, disruption or unauthorized access should be reported through the CS2FFA contact channel.

Steam, Payment Providers, Sponsors & External Services

CS2FFA depends on or may link to independent third parties, including Steam/Valve, hosting providers, payment providers, item-delivery providers, marketplaces, sponsors and advertisers.

Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility requirements, fees and technical restrictions. CS2FFA does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, gambling-style services, external purchases, pricing, security practices, availability or user losses caused by an external service, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Following a sponsor or advertiser link is voluntary. Users are responsible for determining whether an external service is lawful and appropriate in their jurisdiction.

Sponsored links to gambling-style or case-opening services are shown only in authenticated areas subject to CS2FFA's 18+ acknowledgement. Users may also be shown an additional notice before leaving CS2FFA for an external sponsor website.

Service Availability & Platform Changes

CS2FFA is provided on an availability basis. Continuous, error-free or uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Services may be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, Steam outages, provider outages, security incidents or other technical events.

CS2FFA may improve, replace, discontinue or modify features, server configurations, eligibility rules, reward systems, prices and service benefits. Changes affecting an already purchased paid service will be handled subject to the service description at purchase and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

Suspension, Restrictions & Termination

CS2FFA may temporarily restrict, suspend or permanently terminate access where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or systems, investigate fraud or abuse, comply with law, or respond to serious security risks.

The action taken may depend on the severity, frequency and impact of the conduct. Serious fraud, deliberate exploitation, ban evasion or manipulation of reward systems may justify immediate restriction.

Where appropriate and legally required, active paid services and outstanding obligations will be handled according to applicable law and the circumstances of the suspension or termination.

Personal Data & Privacy

Use of CS2FFA may involve processing account and service information such as Steam identifiers, Steam profile information, account status, playtime records, validation information, trade-related information, reward history and technical/security data.

How CS2FFA collects, uses, stores, shares and retains personal data is explained separately in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms.

Intellectual Property & Trademarks

CS2FFA website content, original graphics, branding, software, server-side systems and project materials may not be copied, redistributed, impersonated or commercially reused without authorization, except where applicable law or an open-source license permits it.

Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike 2, Steam, Valve and related names, trademarks and assets belong to their respective owners. CS2FreeForAll is an independent community project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CS2FFA does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific game-server performance, reward availability, market value, third-party availability or any particular gameplay or reward outcome.

CS2FFA is not responsible for losses caused solely by independent third-party systems or user actions outside CS2FFA's reasonable control, including Steam restrictions, third-party account compromise, external sponsor activity or independent marketplace failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

CS2FFA may update these Terms when the platform, services, legal requirements or community systems change. Each published Terms version is identified by its version number and last-updated date.

Where a change is material, users may be required to review and accept the new Terms before continuing to use authenticated CS2FFA services. Acceptance of an earlier version does not automatically record acceptance of a later version.

Applicable Law, Mandatory Rights & Contact

CS2FreeForAll is an independent community project operated from Romania by Stănică Cristian.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with applicable Romanian and European Union law where relevant to the operation of CS2FFA. Mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent legally possible.
