// GENERAL
CS2FreeForAll is a CS2 community with multiple supported game servers. Players can accumulate eligible playtime, validate it, participate in daily, weekly, and monthly drops, and use optional community features such as Reserved Slot, Auto-Validation, and Supporter.
No. Purchases and supporter features do not improve your skill, score, rank, drop chance, or the amount of participation entries you receive. Drop eligibility is based on the required validated playtime.
Steam sign-in is required for website features tied to your player account, including playtime validation, eligibility, reward claiming, payment history, and account-specific services.
Yes. Eligible playtime is shared across supported CS2FreeForAll servers. For example, time earned on Casual and Zombie contributes to the same drop progress.
// DROPS & PLAYTIME
Play during the active intervals shown on the Drops page, then validate the eligible playtime earned on the previous day. Once your validated time reaches the required threshold for an enabled daily, weekly, or monthly drop, you can become eligible for that draw. Participation does not guarantee a reward.
The validation action applies only to yesterday's eligible playtime. It does not validate older unvalidated sessions.
If yesterday's eligible playtime is not validated on the following day, that unvalidated time expires permanently and cannot be recovered later.
Only playtime earned during the configured active intervals counts toward validation. The current intervals are published on the Drops page.
After signing in, the Home page shows your available time to validate and your current daily, weekly, and monthly progress, including the applicable requirement and reset information.
No. Playtime is shared between supported servers, so each player can participate only once in each enabled draw period: one daily entry, one weekly entry, and one monthly entry when eligible. Playing on multiple servers does not create additional entries.
No. Eligibility is based on reaching the required validated playtime threshold. Skill level, score, rank, and the supported server on which the time was earned do not create extra draw entries.
Daily draws are performed every day at 11:00 GMT, weekly draws every Tuesday at 11:00 GMT, and monthly draws on the second day of each month at 11:00 GMT. The website also displays the next scheduled draw times.
Always use the current values displayed on the Drops page and your Home progress cards. The website reads the active requirements from the server configuration.
Daily, weekly, and monthly progress follow their own draw periods. Your Home progress cards show the current reset countdown for each period.
// REWARDS & CLAIMING
Winners are shown on the website, and signed-in users can check their own rewards in the rewards section on the Home page.
If you win, open your reward in the signed-in rewards section and use the claim/withdraw action. The reward bot then creates the Steam trade offer for the reserved item.
No. A won reward must be claimed from the website. This lets you control when the trade is requested within the claim period.
Rewards must be claimed within 7 days of the win date. After the claim window expires, an unclaimed reward expires automatically and can no longer be redeemed.
You need a valid Steam trade URL saved to your account and your Steam inventory must be accessible so the reward delivery checks can be completed.
Do not repeatedly submit the same claim. The system tracks reward trade status and can re-check sent trades. If the issue remains unresolved, use the reward issue option on the Contact page and include the relevant reward details.
Rewards are selected from the configured drop inventory and pools for the relevant draw. Availability, configured tier/pool rules, and the applicable reward limits are taken into account.
Yes. Reward availability can change with the configured pools and community funding. The Home page shows the current number of rewards for upcoming draws, so use the live website information rather than assuming every draw always has the same reward count or value.
// RESERVED SLOTS
A Reserved Slot gives the eligible account reserved access to the server slot system, helping you join when normal public capacity is full. It does not provide gameplay advantages or improve drop chances.
Reserved Slot access is sold in monthly periods. Where the purchase page allows it, multiple months can be purchased rather than only one month at a time.
Sign in and use the Reserved Slot page. The currently available payment methods and current price are shown there before payment.
Reserved Slot time can also appear as a community/server reward when that reward type is enabled. Availability is not guaranteed and depends on the active reward configuration.
No. Reserved Slot access does not create additional daily, weekly, or monthly drop entries and does not change the playtime requirements.
// AUTO-VALIDATION
Auto-Validation is an optional service that automatically performs the playtime validation process for your account while the service is active, so you do not need to manually press Validate each day.
No. It only validates eligible playtime that you actually earned during active intervals. It does not generate playtime, reduce the required thresholds, or guarantee eligibility or a reward.
No. It is a convenience feature only. The same playtime and participation rules apply whether validation is manual or automatic.
Use the Auto-Validation page while signed in. The current offer, duration, status, and available payment options are shown there.
// SUPPORTER
Supporter is an optional way to support the CS2FreeForAll community and receive the benefits currently listed on the Supporter page. The current page is the authoritative source for active benefits and duration.
No. Supporter does not increase your drop chance, create extra draw entries, lower playtime requirements, or provide a competitive gameplay advantage.
No. They are separate features. Check the Supporter, Reserved Slot, and Auto-Validation pages for the benefits and status of each service.
// PAYMENTS
The site currently supports cryptocurrency and eligible Steam skin payments for supported purchases. Available methods are shown on the relevant purchase page.
For supported purchases, the website lets you select eligible tradable CS2 items and creates the corresponding Steam trade flow. The payment is linked to the purchase so its status can be tracked.
Only eligible tradable items that satisfy the payment rules can be used. Very low-value items or items that cannot be correctly valued or traded may be excluded.
No. Steam trade payments use the automated trade/payment flow, while cryptocurrency payments may require verification before the purchased service is activated.
Crypto verification may take up to 24 hours depending on verification load and transaction confirmation. Do not submit duplicate payments for the same pending purchase.
Signed-in purchase pages provide the relevant payment or purchase history/status where available. Use that status before attempting another payment.
First check the payment status and allow the applicable processing time. If a crypto payment remains unresolved after 24 hours, or an automated Steam payment shows an unexpected status, contact us with the payment details so it can be checked.
// STEAM & SECURITY
CS2FreeForAll uses Steam sign-in to identify your Steam account. You authenticate through Steam rather than entering your Steam password into CS2FreeForAll.
No. Never send anyone your Steam password, Steam Guard code, or Steam Web API key. Official CS2FreeForAll trade accounts do not need those credentials to send or receive a normal Steam trade offer.
Your trade URL identifies where the reward bot should send a Steam trade offer. The site verifies that the trade URL belongs to the Steam account with which you are signed in.
Update the saved trade URL on CS2FreeForAll before claiming rewards. An old or invalid trade URL can prevent the reward trade from being created successfully.
Some website features need to read eligible tradable items or verify inventory access. For example, skin payments need to identify eligible items and reward delivery checks require the necessary Steam trade information to be available.
Always review the Steam trade offer itself before accepting it. CS2FreeForAll will never ask you to provide a password, Steam Guard code, or API key to complete a trade.
